Blue Throated Macaw

Ah... I haven't submitted anything in forever. At least this one is worth it, in my humble opinion.
This is my first fully completed colored scratchboard! Basically, it involves a piece of nice clayboard, some scratching, an application of colored ink, more scratching, more ink, more scratching... you get the picture. I am a BIG fan of this medium, I want to work with it a lot more, I'm still getting the feel for it. The piece itself, although you can't tell with the massive version I uploaded, is only about the size of a postcard. It's also much nicer in real life, if I do say so myself.
Anyway, enjoy. I certainly had fun doing it!
