Literary...gryphon?

Well, this is the product of a late night and lots of sugar and talking to corvid about how excellent crows and ravens are. It's some sort of raven...gryphon...thing. And ravens have always struck me as being very literary birds, so he became a bookworm...raven...gryphon...thing. I don't know what else to say about this really, except that I like the way it turned out.

And many pencils gave their lives for this drawing... black feathers are rough on the graphite.
